What are your payment options? TOP

We accept PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. If you are not using a PayPal account, once you have completed shopping, click checkout and you will be taken to the PayPal site for payment. However, on the left hand side of the checkout page there will be a link to pay by credit card. Please contact us at orders@TwoPoshSisters.com should you have any questions or need any assistance.

How do I know if I pay using my credit card, my information is safe? TOP

We only accept payment(s) through PayPal, which includes the acceptance of Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. PayPal is considered one of the leaders in the industry for safe and protected credit card transactions. Please see our privacy policy listed under "Store Policy."

What is your return/exchange policy? TOP

Two Posh Sisters wants you to be completely satisfied with your new purchases! Please contact us, via e-mail, at orders@TwoPoshSisters.com, with any problems and/or complaints you may have. At that time we will assess the situation and determine the next best step. Please be advised we cannot accept any returns or exchanges for the normal, everyday "wear and tear" that may occur. Please notify us of any complaints/problems you may have within one week, seven (7) days, of recieving your purchase(s). Two Posh Sisters wants you to be happy with your new accessories, whatever they may be, and we will do everything in our power to make sure you are pleased!

How long will it take to receive my order? TOP

Two Posh Sisters will ship your items within 24-48 hours from the time you place your order. If for some reason your item is out of stock, Two Posh Sisters will contact you immediately with the estimated ship date and determine if you still want to proceed with your order. All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) priority. If you are in the Oklahoma City metro area, you may arrange for delivery of your purchases. Please contact orders@TwoPoshSisters.com to determine if you are in the delivery area.
